Lights

• The entire house is 100% pixels. 
  • C9 Pixels on all the roof lines
  • Window/Door frames replaced with pixel outlines
  • Replaced LED lights in the roof snowflakes with 100 pixels per snowflake
  • All new pixel snowflakes on all the windows
  • Porch spindle frames replaced with pixel matrix frames

Songs

• I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas

• Grinch is back because the movie is out
  
  

Hardware/Software

• Added a Falcon F48 with 12 distribution boards

• Dipole antenna so I can keep the FM transmitter inside

• Another crap ton of new meanwell power supplies (16 to be exact)

• And not really hardware, but 5000 feet of wire was bought for this years improvements.  Not much remains.
