Lights

• After dealing with the blue incandescent lights for too long I decided to take
  advantage of a pre-buy of LED lights.  All the Blue C9's will be replaced with
  fading LED C9's. 

• Adding blue LED icicles to the existing blue icicles.

• Adding blue C6 LED's to the front pole trees.

• 12 new LED snowflakes will be added to the 2nd story.

Construction

• Replacement of all the window and door frames.  Doubling the number of C9 bulbs in each.

Songs

• Resequence 22 songs to work with the new channels and light colors - 100% done

• Trans-Siberian Orchestra - White Snow - Done

• Twisted Sister - Oh Come All Ye Faithful - Done

• August Burns Red - Carol of the Bells - Done

• Yello - Jingle Bells - Done

• Need to take songs out of the rotation to make room for the new songs - I'm thinking
  Carol of the Bells, Reflections of Earth and Jingle Bells (Streisand). 

Controllers

• Adding another controller to help power the front.
